The main house is energy efficient with an oil fired forced air system and a completely independent electric baseboard heating system which can be used as an alternative. The walls have R20 Fiberglass Insulation and the attic has blown-in Fiberglass R40.
It has approximately 4036 square feet with ground level entry on both floors.
